168th Avenue Extension

For the 168th Avenue Extension, TSI prepared an analysis of the potential impacts, and supplied preliminary design and financing options for a roundabout and new public road through an existing commercial development in the City of Covington. The new road and roundabout, which were subsequently construction, allowed for development of the Covington Costco Warehouse, while maintaining access to an existing Fred Meyer and other retailers.
