TSI was asked to evaluate preliminary transportation analysis and mitigation projects for this large development that includes a mega-church, K-12 school and office buildings. TSI’s review resulted in revisions to the trip generation forecast to better reflect the shared trips between project elements and preparation of a new environmental analysis in cooperation with City staff. TSI worked closely with City staff to ensure that the mitigation measures were practical and consistent with the City’s long range plans.
