Four Corners Square

TSI provided a range of transportation planning and facilitation services for the developer of a commercial retail/office development at the intersection of two state highways in Maple Valley, Washington. TSI provided strategic coordination between the client and City staff to overcome conflicts between the City leaders' interests, the City's Comprehensive Plan and transportation policies, the interests of adjacent property owners and the client's need for a project that would function effectively at this busy intersection.
