Good Samaritan Hospital

TSI prepared the transportation element of Good Samaritan's master plan and subsequent environmental review. Work included extensive analysis of traffic impacts and coordination of mitigation requirements with City staff. TSI also evaluated on-site circulation and parking requirements for the phased construction of master plan projects. In addition, TSI prepared designs for a roundabout and other traffic improvements.
