Kaiser Permanente

At the Kaiser Sunnyside Campus in Portland, Oregon, TSI evaluated the effects of program changes and medical center expansion on parking demand. This forecast was used as a basis for planning new parking structures and managing general parking requirements.
 
At the Westside Campus in Hillsboro, Oregon, TSI provided peer review services for this new 1,000,000 SF medical center. Services included evaluating the building program and proposed services to establish a parking demand forecast for patients and staff. This information was used to determine the size and phasing of a major parking structure on-campus. Additional work included evaluating internal vehicular and pedestrian circulation as well as vehicle circulation within the parking structure and at site accesses.
