King Mountain Development

TSI is working with the developer and City of Bellingham staff to establish a road network within this area that has recently been annexed by the City.  Work included evaluation of alternative road network scenarios to assess capacity issues and the effect of alternative routes on the distribution of existing commuter traffic volumes.  Future work will include the environmental review of phased developments within the area.
