North Seattle Community College

TSI's work for NSCC is underway and includes documentation of existing parking demand and traffic conditions surrounding the college to establish a basis for calculating future parking requirements and transportation needs. Separate traffic analyses were also prepared to establish the incremental impacts of new projects and establish consistency with master plan conditions.
