Rainier Vista Boys & Girls Club

TSI prepared the transportation impact analysis for redevelopment of the Rainer Vista Boys & Girls Club, a component of Seattle Housing Authority’s Rainier Vista Redevelopment project.  The Boys & Girls Club included 41,000 square feet of total space with youth and teen facilities and a gymnasium.  As part of the traffic analysis, TSI forecasted trip generation and parking supply and demand based on daily projections of facility capacity.
