SR 520 Alternatives Analysis

For this evaluation of SR 520 design alternatives, TSI designed a survey procedure and interviewed transit riders to assist WSDOT determine the impact on transit operations if transit loading locations could be shifted or consolidated as part of the SR 520 design. TSI submitted findings to the multiple agencies involved in this process.
