TSI developed channelization plans and traffic signal modifications for the addition of a right-turn lane. The design eliminated the need for expensive signal pole relocation. TSI also developed traffic control plans and a construction staging plan as well as plans to modify the existing electrical system with supplemental vehicle loop detectors.
