Totem Lake Mall Development

TSI worked with the Totem Lake Mall owners and architects to prepare a re-development plan for this declining mall.  Plans were developed to ensure good circulation within the mall and onto adjacent streets with numerous improvements to intersections and roadways.  The resulting plan was approved by the City and will provide for phased re-development that will include residential uses, anchor stores, and numerous services and shopping opportunities for the local and regional communities.
