University Community Urban Center Plan

TSI served as the transportation consultant for this community planning effort. Existing conditions were documented and policies established to prioritize transportation improvements. Potential transportation improvement projects were developed, presented to the community, evaluated, prioritized, and refined. Projects focused on improving transit speeds and circulation in the area, pedestrian improvements, and general corridor improvements. The resulting plan has been integrated into a much larger plan that synthesizes transportation elements with housing priorities, zoning recommendations, and economic priorities.
