TSI has assisted the Muckleshoot Tribe with transportation analyses, design review and traffic management for a variety of tribal facilities, including renovations, relocations and expansions their gaming facilities, parking facilities, retail shops. TSI also provided transportation analysis for development of a new elementary school and new daycare facility, and assisted the Muckleshoot Tribe, in association with the City of Auburn and WSDOT, in design of a new traffic signal constructed on SR 164. TSI also assisted the Tribe with analysis and recommendations related its transfer of ownership of Emerald Downs to the City of Auburn. TSI reviewed the Citys intersection operations analyses and provided the Tribe with recommendations based on the review of the Citys data.
