TSI has provided transportation planning services for Suncadia Resort located in Kittitas County since 1997. This work has included initial feasibility assessments and preparation of trip generation forecasts for different phases of development, preparation of the transportation section of the environmental impact statement, and negotiations with local jurisdictions to establish a traffic monitoring program to quantify project impacts internal and external to the site and schedule construction of mitigation projects identified in the EIS. Additional work included developing parking management plans, internal circulation plans, and on-going traffic monitoring to document the effects of the resort on the surrounding community.
