Jennifer Salemann

Planner III

Jennifer has eight years of experience in higher education administration including academic counseling and study-abroad logistics roles. During post-graduate studies overseas, Jennifer gained an appreciation for the complexity and diversity of urban design/ transportation systems that inspired her to pursue a new career in planning.

Jennifer’s liberal arts background includes both B.A. and M.A. degrees in History. Her refined skills in research, office administration, document preparation/editing, and communication enable her to effectively translate TSI’s technical content to a broad audience.

Jennifer assists with the setup of Synchro traffic operations networks and creation/editing of GIS maps relevant to the delivery of transportation planning projects. She also contributes extensively to ADA transition plan research and report composition.

In her free time, Jennifer can be found outdoors running, ski touring, or stand-up paddle boarding. She also loves tending her urban garden and planning trips to fascinating cities around the world.
