TSI has been working with Westfield Corporation, Inc. since 2003 on their expansion of the Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center in Tukwila, Washington. Our involvement began with evaluation of the Citys imposition of traffic impact fees for the site expansion; assessment of credits of privately (Westfield) constructed transportation facility improvements; and analysis of the impacts of planned transportation facility improvements to the site. TSI has most recently been involved in assisting Westfield with the collection and compilation of Holiday parking data as part of the shopping centers parking management program.
