TSI has conducted transportation analysis of several Costco Wholesale warehouses that have undergone or are undergoing environmental review in Washington State. Our work typically involves preparing traffic impact and site feasibility studies, forecasting trip generation and peak parking demand based on Costcos unique traffic generating and parking demand characteristics, and identifying, recommending and designing mitigation options, as needed, for off-site traffic impacts. TSI also routinely assists Costco with identifying parking and circulation improvements at existing properties.
