TSI provided the City with transportation-related support when the WSDOT Rail Division proposed an expanded siding in Mount Vernon to accommodate high speed rail, identified emergency access response time issues and general traffic circulation impacts, and suggested alternative solutions as the City’s consultant. TSI also worked with the City’s planning department updating the Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
