Mike has over 22 years of experience with Autocad, Microstation, and AGi32 in the Civil Engineering field as a Lead Technician/Designer, including 10+ years as a Traffic Signal and Illumination Designer, including estimating, specifications, and calculations for local and federally funded projects. Mike has delivered over 20 illumination projects and 15 ITS projects in the past 7 years.
