As Principal and Owner of TSI, Victor brings a full service approach to municipal projects with public and private sector experience in program administration, travel demand forecasting, comprehensive transportation planning, development review, roundabout design, traffic signal design, and arterial roadway design. He is experienced in alternative project delivery including design-build. Throughout his career in transportation planning and engineering, Mr. Salemann has demonstrated an ability to connect with and commit teams and organizations to projects, as well as identify and address the challenges faced by municipal staff and diverse stakeholders. He is a registered professional engineer in WA and AK and a member of the ITE national Roundabout Committee and American Public Works Association.
When not at TSI, Victor enjoys spending time with family and friends, home remodeling, and fishing whenever and wherever he can.
