TSI prepared the traffic impact analysis for Seattle Art Museum and the City of Seattle for the development of the Olympic Sculpture Park in downtown Seattle. Central to this analysis was assessment of parking requirements for the combined needs of the Olympic Sculpture Park, Myrtle Edwards Park, and the north end of the Central Seattle Waterfront. A plan to serve these competing interests was developed to address seasonal impacts.
