TSI prepared two key elements of the transportation analysis in the EIS for the 67,000-seat stadium that replaced the multipurpose Kingdome. TSI’s principal role was the development of a comprehensive transportation management program based on a strategic framework including travel demand reduction, parking management, public information and education, and plan monitoring and update to address a wide range of community and traffic circulation concerns. TSI worked extensively with neighbors and managed implementation of this TMP when the stadium opened. TSI also created and managed the TMP at the UW while Qwest Field was being constructed.
