TSI prepared the traffic impact analysis for the Costco Wholesale Warehouse and Membership Fueling Station on the Taylor/ Magnussen Union Hill Campus. Traffic analyses included forecasting trip generation specific to Costco and Costco gas, preparing a Transportation Concurrency evaluation, and tracking development and trip thresholds based on the Development Agreement. TSI also worked on the street lighting and roadway channelization along the site frontage. We continue to assist Costco in managing their transportation management program.
