This project included documentation of existing parking demand and traffic conditions surrounding the college to establish a basis for calculating future parking requirements and transportation needs. This included working with the community advisory committee to develop a common understanding of the impacts of student parking within the neighborhood and developing mitigation in the form of a Transportation Management Plan (TMP) aimed at reducing college generated traffic volumes and parking demand. TSI also prepared the EIS for the Master Plan and worked with community and City staff to ensure that all relevant issues were addressed in the document.
