TSI prepared the traffic analysis to support the Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the development of the hospital and a medical office building to serve Gig Harbor and the South Kitsap Peninsula. The analysis help facilitate development of the multi-jurisdictional effort to fund and design a new freeway interchange to serve the rapidly developing Gig Harbor North commercial area with recommendations for interim short-term improvements.
